Refunds are permitted on the sale of services under the following conditions:

• Full refunds are permitted if 48 hours before the webinar begins.

• 50% up to the second webinar

• 20% up to the third webinar

• No refunds after the third webinar.

• Refunds are issued at the operator’s discretion and maybe accepted or rejected as such.
